Enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Ocean accessed via our private beachfront parking, which includes outdoor showers and restroom facilities. Check with our Property Management Office for a keycard for access to the parking lot. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00. Our large outdoor pool is located off Park Green and includes a kiddie pool for our younger vacationers to enjoy. The entire amenity was refurbished in 2011. Hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Outdoor grills are available for your use at this location.

Our large indoor pool is located on Dipper, which is within our large recreational area. A kiddie pool is available in this location as well. Morning water aerobic classes are very popular with our residents. Wireless internet is available on the east deck of the Oasis pool.

How about some exercise? We have a wonderful fitness center located in the Activities Center on Dipper. There are treadmills, a recumbent bike, an elliptical machine, free weights and other equipment to work every part of the body. Please check in with the Management Office for a pass to this facility. A nominal fee is charged. Hours of operation are 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

A fully equipped children’s playground is located in our green area next to the Community Center on Dipper. This is especially suited for children under 12.

Tennis anyone? Two lighted tennis courts are available for your use day or night. The courts are adjacent to the Community Center on Dipper. The key for access to the courts is available at the front gate security guardhouse upon presentation of a valid driver’s license.

Choose up teams and let’s play ball. Our baseball field is available for all to use and is located in the green area in the center of Oceanside Village.

This amenity is next to the Community Center on Dipper. Balls are available from the Oceanside Village Property Management Office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. A valid driver’s license must be presented to check out equipment. Both the horseshoe pits and bocce courts are located next to the Community Center on Dipper. Equipment is available for use from the front gate Security Office upon presentation of a valid driver’s license. The basketball court is located in our green area as well and is very popular, especially with our teenagers.

Lake fishing is permitted in designated common areas only. We ask that no fishing be done in front of residents’ homes. Fishermen are encouraged to throw all fish back into the lake.

Individuals can recreationally fish in saltwater from the shore (beach, bank, private dock, free public pier, etc.). A saltwater fishing license is required for fishing from the shore. A saltwater recreational fishing license can be purchased online by visiting www.dnr.sc.gov , by telephone, 1-866-714-3611, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or by visiting SCDNR license sales agents across the state. The cost of a fishing license is $10.00 a year for a resident and $35.00 a year for a non-resident

Ahh, imagine riding to and from the beach on a golf cart. Golf carts can be rented during your vacation. Daily and weekly packages are available.

You can find the golf cart rental area behind the Property Management Office on Oceanside Drive. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Click here for the Rate. 2023 Golf Cart Rental Rates Offseason

Relax with great food and beverage as you dine right on the beachfront overlooking some of the prettiest coastal scenery on the Grand Strand. The Conch Café has an extensive menu and is moderately priced. Opens daily at 11:00 a.m. for lunch and dinner.

Is golf just a game or your passion? Tupelo Bay Golf Center, located just west of Oceanside Village features an 18-hole executive golf course (Par 3’s and Par 4’s), a 9-hole pitch and putt course, and a full service driving range with turf and mat hitting stations. There’s something for the whole family and is even lighted for your evening enjoyment. Golf club rentals are available. . Hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

WOW, playing golf under the falls or on top of a mountain! Sound scary? Not at Runaway Bay, which is just across the street! Enjoy 36 holes of Jamaican-style miniature golf at Runaway Bay. This is a favte fun spot, day or night, enjoyed by all our guests.

Non-denominational Christian services are held each Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. at the Community Center on Dipper. Come as you are. We’re confident you will receive a blessing.
